The product breakdown is the pallet as a list of decisions: sell at, keep each, line net, how fast. Tap a row to see the comp, its source and range, the category and the condition behind the number.

Won it? The sell plan

I bought this records the hammer price, premium and freight. The sell plan then says what to list next, at what price, on which channel, and the floor under which a line is not worth your time. Sold on a row logs the sale and moves the pallet's break-even meter.

Listings that write themselves

Every line with units left is on the Listings page. Write one, or Write the rest for the whole pallet. Each listing is a title, five bullets, a description, item specifics and keywords, written from the manifest line and the plan's price. It never states a price. Copy a section or all of it into the listing form.

Count it in when it lands

Scan or type each unit against the manifest with your phone. What is short or damaged becomes a claim report inside the claim window, while it still counts. What arrived is what the sell plan starts from, and what you counted teaches your future scores.

Sales that file themselves

Connect eBay and completed orders land on the right pallet on their own. Forward the sale email from Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot, Depop, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy or Amazon and the marketplace's own signature proves it. Or log a sale by hand in one tap. Profit, bookkeeping and the tax report

Accounting opens with the year as a line, return on investment, time to sell and what you keep of each sale. Bookkeeping is every sale as a ledger with a spreadsheet download for your preparer. Tax report lays the year out the way Schedule C asks, with marketplace fees and postage filled in from your sales, and a checklist of what a preparer would send back.
